Eligibility
All employees who regularly work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits on the 1st day of the month following one (1) month of full time employment.
An eligible dependent is your legal spouse, domestic partner or dependent child(ren) up to age 26.
A dependent child is your natural born child; legally adopted child; stepchild; child you have been appointed legal guardian for foster parent; child you are required to cover under a Qualified Medical Child Support Order; or a child that is totally and permanently disabled, incapable of self-support because of a mental or physical handicap, and financially supported by you.
How to Enroll
You will need to complete your new hire benefit elections online, even if you are declining coverage. Review the benefit information carefully on the following website and its pages. You must provide social security numbers for all covered dependents.
Go to https://workforcenow.adp.com/ to access your new hire enrollment session. You can make any changes you like until the end of the enrollment period. Once the deadline has passed, your choices will be final until the next open enrollment period, or until you have a qualified change in status.
Start enrollment on Enrollment Splash Page, or navigate to Enrollment screen by clicking on: Myself > Benefits > Enrollments
Remember to click “Complete Enrollment” to save your final elections, and print a copy of your confirmation for your records.
