Basic Life and AD&D Insurance — Employer Paid

Employer-paid basic life insurance will provide your family members or other beneficiaries with financial protection and security in the event of your death. Additionally, if your death is a result of an accident, or if you become dismembered, your Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage may apply.

All full-time, benefits-eligible employees are provided a benefit equal to $25,000 for both basic life and AD&D.

Be sure to keep your beneficiary designations up to date! You can change your beneficiary designation at any time. You may designate a sole beneficiary or multiple beneficiaries to receive payment in percentages you allocate.
